Laser Jammer - What Do You Have?

I have the SRX also and it works really well. The problem I have always had with detectors and convertibles is that you can't hear them with the top down. I had the remote speaker of the SRX mounted behind my left ear in the Spider. You can't miss it!

 

I get a 1000 euro fine for having one here if caught. So these things work? Last one I had, a reall old model, was too inacurate and beeped when I went passed or near a GSM tower.

 

I have a Shifter in two cars. Seems to work OK. Make sure that you hide the sensors as completely as possible and that you have a "deativate switch".

 

Agreed, I have had the srx in 4 cars now and it works incredibly well.

 

I have a Belltronics RX75 in my GTI. Works rell well.

The SRX used to be the state of the art laser jammer -- called 'laser shifters' -- but they are slipping behind now. I have one in my CS and, yes, it has worked fairly well. Their technology is now about 5 years old, perhaps with a new update coming. Unfortunately, it won't likely be a software update that can be inserted but, rather, will require a whole new outfit to be installed -- meaning front bumper off for stealth location. 'Guys of Lidar' have tested a lot of guns showing the SRX doesn't detect one gun at all. The laser jammer called 'Laser Interceptor' seems to be NO. 1 and a lot of us have been waiting for it to come into the US market, where I believe it can now be bought.

K40 laser jammer doesn't work at all by my experiences and I also tried it with police officer that I know.

Actually your wrong...they gave prop's to other laser jammers also. I have the laser star and it has saved me 10 times when the blinder and Escort Zr3 let me down in the past. I have not seen another testing group this type of testing to prove something works or that it does not.

Btw...the K40 is a POS and does not jam at all.

 

Any views on the ZR3?

 

I had the ZR3 and Blinders and they got me tickets where they should not have because I never had a chance to slow down because they cop got a instant reading. The ZR3 is behind the times because its a LED jammer and its fairly weak compared to laser diode jammers like my laser star.

These guys were exposed as having a serious agenda years ago--after hyping products that didn't work, and bashing anyone who questioned them.

Guys of Lidar www.guysoflidar.com don't get paid to do any testing, don't have any industry affiliations, and have the only true unbiased reviews I'ver ever seen.

Basically, if the fools on laserjammertests recommend something, stay a million miles away from it.

Right now, the best overall performing jammer is the Laser Interceptor, followed by the LaserProPark. These are diode jammers and have superior performance.

I have met the guys from the *that testing group you say is a scam*...they are by all means not a scam...I like how you say something about another testing group with out any proof....They only test systems and if it works good and if it does not....they produce video to prove what they say...others dont do that..unlike the GOL which just put data or so called data on paper and offer no proof...I was interested in the laser interceptor after my Zr3 took a crapper and ran across the laserjammertests.com site....but with the laser star and it was a great choice and it jam's very, very will.
