Yeah, I'd like to know if other guys are considering this as well, and where? I think it's probably good to distinguish "investing" from "buying" in the sense that there may be some attractively-priced properties in the near future, that still won't necessarily be sound "investments" if their markets continue downward or take a very long time to recover.
