    my dad and i just got the engine cart and rolled the engine into the living room. you can tell both my dad and i are single! haha

    its a 250 engine out of a swb. long story short, my dad found a 250 swb engine stamped with his SN on it, even though the one in his car was stamped with it as well. about a year later he bought it. instead of having the engine sitting in the garage we put it in the living room :)

    why not make it into a table or something.. or leave it into a company that would do such amendment for you? like shine it up and get some glass fitted to the top.. that is if you are never going to use the engine again etc...

    replica coffee table opposed to a real coffee table? :p

    If he has 2 engines.. I would hardly call it butchered, and if it is still in working order.. just being stored in the house with a bit of glass on it, surely that is better than a cold garage or shed?
