All that's left is for the FIA to retroactively ban Felipe and Kimi's points for this race, then they can dock Hamilton for blocking Kimi at the pit-out and then just give it to Alonso

The only staged part I see if Massa locking up for a second and Kimi catching up to him, I don't believe that to be too big of a deal, considering it knocked the Rat out of contention.

IMO it matters because if Ferrari won WDC and WCC on points then there can be no claims that Ferrari only got the WCC due to the meddling of the FIA. I hope it was a clean win of both titles.

Gerry Donaldson who reports from the race for TSN Canada on ITV just said that there will be some lawsuites between Alonshole and McCheater now.
quite possibly. i'll take it a stage further though and add - but for the graciousness of FM, KR would not have won the WDC.
