This is a question for the 206 & "L" Guys. I'm ready to replace my head liner on my "L". It is black and I believe it to be original. I have been told Dinos and all Ferrari cars had only white. Any input would be helpful. Thanks, Steve
Hello Dave, The reason I'm in question is because one I took out was black. it was never re-dyed, and pretty sure it was original. Is is possible because it was born white/black and an ivory head liner would have looked odd? Thanks for your help. Steve
Black headliner? Hmmm. I removed the original from my car during the restoration and it was ivory. I replaced it with an exact match whch my upholstery guy found. He said the material was the same as commonly used on some '60s German cars. See attached photo. Cheers...Keith Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just spent some time with an early car, 246 with knock offs. Looked old and original to me. But, who knows. Ivory headliner. Rosso Dino, red vinyl, black carpet. dm
Hello Alex, can you tell me more about your Dino 206 GT. I do own #00334 and just undergoing restauration. Regards Matthias
