That looks like an original color name plate. I'm not sure if you can order those separately through the factory. So I would guess that it's original. Nice find; it looks good.

The sticker says "Blu Sebring Met 503/C". Which is puzzling because I know that to be a color introduced circa 1997 for the 456 and 355 at the time. Hmm...

To further confuse matters that paint code of 503/C was also named "Blu Chiaro Met" in the European market and I know Ive documented it as seen on a 1987 Ferrari.

It doesnt help that Italian manufacturers (Lamborghini too) routinely re-name colors at will for new markets and new model years. Just to keep us on out toes :)

BTW Andrew, I have seen the "Grigio Alloy" Enzo of Brandon W (138879) and it definately has more of a Silver tint in it.

Off-topic here but the most gorgeous Enzo I have ever seen - and thats something coming from me because generally speaking Im not an Enzo fan - is Peter K's 134959 which he special-ordered in "Blu Pozzi" with "Cuoio" leather. Impeccable taste!

I owned a 360 Spider in Grigio Alloy and to me it looks exactly the same as this color

beautiful. but IMO, that sorta colour makes the Enzo looks 'soft'.

Why is the label not a PPG color? Glasurit has not been used OEM in a few years. PPG is the supplier now.

Should be a PPG color code sticker. They took over as OEM supplier in the late 90's.

Yes its close, but Grigio Alloy has a bias towards silver. A subtle difference, but side-by-side youd really notice it.

This is the aforementioned Grigio Alloy Enzo 138879 of Brandon W, ordered to this spec.

wow, very nice, especially in that last picture. this car is definitely not grigio alloy, because like Joe said, GA has more of a silver tint to it, whereas this one seems more blue. it looks great with the tan seats and yellow calipers

So what's the deal with this...? Do we have a serial number...? Is it really a different car than 138879...? If so, what's the deal with the Glasurit sticker...? Or did the owner simply request that his car be painted an old Ferrari color, and has one of the original stickers to go with it...?

Have to agree. The pale blue doesn't really work on the Enzo. Joe noted the Peter K> Enzo in "Blue Pozzi" with Cuoio. That New York Enzo simply reeks of money...

That is one heck of a color. Looks like a great collection as well. A Dodge Viper RT/10 and Ferrari 288 GTO Evolution there as well.

Love that last picture. The two blue ones the same car or different? I think they are different but maybe just lighting.
