haha, i was also heading north towards Auckland this morning and spotted an R8, it was a gun metal grey color, looking sharp. Also on the trip home about 3 ish, heading north down the Bombay's, i spotted a 275 (?) in red a 550 in yellow and a 328gts in blue, all in a convoy, it was at this time i realised how much i am missing my car and need it back, would have been nice to add a 355 in black to that convoy. Also spotted a gallardo on my travels, plenty of Porsche's as usual, and a rx7 with a wild carbon body kit.
There are a lot of cool cars in the suburb of Templeton. I saw a TVR and a 360 there when I was there in April. Fazaz is a cool motorist shop across from the bus exchange. There was a 512TR and a GTB/4 for sale.
Spotted a Nero daytona F430 spider on Victoria street today, i was in my 355 so we had a little convoy down the main street and around the cafes, then a quick sprint around some tight roads, whats better than the sound of a Ferrari at full blast, 2 Ferrari's at full blast. Also a 599 in a friends garage this afternoon, Brand new too.
It is a Red-Cream 599, very nice, unfortunately it would have been inappropriate for me to take a photo, I may get the chance again and if so ill try to sneak a pic, his garage is very nice.
its not the "F1" plated car? Red 599 is secks. There is a gorgeous silver 599 hanging around as well.
It is on standard plates at the moment, but im sure with his track record the standard plates will be removed and p-plates fitted shortly. Where did you see the silver 599? I have seen one in a very pail almost white silver, the best looking 599 ive seen in the metal.
Owner took delivery at Conti's, drove to Hamilton, number plate fell off and there were rattles under the bonnet. Not too clever for a $600K car! All fixed now I hear and I have pics but they are in a format that wont upload!

Targa cars on stage 26 (Umutaroa, just out of Dannevirke). The Aston was one of the photographers cars and he gave me a ride back into Dannevirke in it. Such an awesome car! Enjoy. Spotted somewhere near Tauranga, North Island A 1968 Shelby GT 500KR with Brembo 13 inch carbon ventiated cross drilled brakes, 17 inch elenor replica wheels with Pirelli zero M&S tyres An Original Shelby factory car ,numbered by hand with original 428 engine with edelbrock plenum and valve covers and last but not least the glove compartment is personally signed by the man Carrol Shelby himself.
