Being a contractor developer myself, its very interesting to see how others build in other countries and how even simple materials like cmu block have subtle differences.

really really clean!

Are you using styrofoam ICF modular blocks for the basement foundation? It looks like you have 5 pallets of them wrapped up in your picture.

 

Those wrapped pallets look like lintel block to me, also used for bond beams, also referred to as 'h' block. Nice project!

Did you lose both cars? It looks like the rectangular box in the 2nd one is a bbq grill.

 

That would the Stradales muffler.

 

OUCH.. That took the breath out of me. Hope it all works out.

 

Yes, both cars but because the 360CS is from lots of carbon its almost complete gone. Very sad

 

Tragic!!! Unbelievable!!! Very sorry to see this destruction.



I think the 360 CS has an Aluminum Body, and the Porsche has a steel body......to explain the differences in melting point?
