Being a contractor developer myself, its very interesting to see how others build in other countries and how even simple materials like cmu block have subtle differences.

Are you using styrofoam ICF modular blocks for the basement foundation? It looks like you have 5 pallets of them wrapped up in your picture.

Those wrapped pallets look like lintel block to me, also used for bond beams, also referred to as 'h' block. Nice project!

Did you lose both cars? It looks like the rectangular box in the 2nd one is a bbq grill.

Tragic!!! Unbelievable!!! Very sorry to see this destruction.

I think the 360 CS has an Aluminum Body, and the Porsche has a steel body......to explain the differences in melting point?

I can see a Z8, a Stradale, a 997 and an Elise, but whats the one in the far back, an M3?

Nice, you know your bodies pretty well. It's an older pic, everything is gone except one M3 and the Stradale.

    Front to back: 2005 Elise, 2004 GT3, 2001 Z8, 2004 CS, 1989 M3 Sport Evo spec, 1991 M3 (bubble), 1988 M3 race car.
