Looks like no is posting MotoGP results. Was a great season, but an Italian win with Stoner getting the championship. The last race of the year was in Spain, with a Spainard winning.

Please change the title to indicate spoiler warning. The race is broadcast later today.

Interest here is, as always, sky high. Didn't go to Laguna Seca this year, but hope to get a race or two in next year. I wish they would return to Rio. Maybe I will hit Brno next summer?

As for me, after watching what was suppose to be the 2006 season ending race, I really don't have the time for MotoGP.

Watched the race in real time today. Rossi seems to be under assault from the younger wolves in the pack.

P.S. I wish MV Agusta would join Moto GP. It doesn't look likely though. Still Ducati's win was like what... fisrt time for an Italian team since the early 70's????

Just a note: Looks like the one American team, KR is getting a new package for next year: Ducati. Word around the team is that the money people say they will put up the dough, and Ducati is saying that they will deliver a bike (hopefully for 2 riders, KRJR & Kurtis) when the money shows up. Will be interesting. I'm at the factory tomorrow, and I'll see what gossip I can find.

I am still a huge fan of MotoGP, however with the title having been clinched a few races ago, the results for the rest of the season are pointless, and you have to wonder if the big dogs are even really going at 100%. Nevertheless, I have the race waiting for me on my DVR, which I will watch sometime this week.

I'm a big fan of Motogp but the majority of the races have been boring this year Assen, Barcelona excepted. The bikes have got too technical (with traction control and slipper clutches) and its become a series dominated by tyres.

Not exactly what they are saying at Ducati. They are saying that it was the bike that won, not the tires. You'll note that Rossi just announced that his Yamaha will have Bridgestones for next year (even though Yamaha is contracted with Michelin for 08, and his partner will have Michelins for next year). It will be interesting. Ducati is introducing a new bike next week. Watch for it, great vehicle, saw it today. Got pictures (which I shouldn't have) of it, but can't show them just yet.

New Ducati line-up is really starting to resemble MV Agusta.
