    When I got home tonight my mom mentioned that she had heard on the local news that a Ferrari that caught fire. She said she does not remember where they said it was. Did anyone else hear about it or was it owned by anyone on this site. She said that she believes that the news said the owner was Dennis Mauro.

    Took place in Vero, Dominic's 308 caught fire at the gas station. Luckily no one in the car.

    I watched it on the 11 PM news, made my skin crawl.

    It was on flames and turned black ( I am joking so no one get offended)

    sorry to see another 308 burn at gas station.How did it happen? was their old fuel pipes or static electricity at pump station?

    having the pump not shut off is scary. Had that happen myself once. The problem is when the gas tank overflows and the pump does not shut off and you pull the still running nozzle it spills into the engine bay in a 308. Right onto the headers and 'kablamo'.

    Glad to see though that Dominique is using the car and is not scared of driving it.

    GOOD POINT. MOURNING TIME IS OVER. I THINK WE SHOULD ALL TRY TO FIGURE OUT THE CAUSE OF THIS FIRE, AND MOST IMPORTANT, PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
