    Wow, you're right. Upon further inspection I have discovered it is really a vintage Chris Craft wooden boat that just happens to have a steering wheel that looks pretty much dead on to the one you posted.

    Thanks for the replies. And yes, there are replica F1 Ferraris around. I'd call them dummies. Used for promotional purposes. No working parts or engine.
