gt3 can be your daily car. It's gathering dust at home maybe can ask you do me a favour and drive it around for me. Wife does not like to drive it, told her must drive it after it is washed because don't want the brake disks to rust and she drove it 100metres, told me "can already lah".
Will only be in Shanghai early next year... done traveling this year. Only family holiday in December.
Ni Hao! Long time no hear I just did a night drive then came back & found a nail in my rear tyre Those cans do no good, could only pumped up half cans & the chemical went back in then *pop* & sprayed all over! Thought Christmas came early! Hope I have enough air by morning to fix it @ a nearby shop.....no on-board PC like yr GT3 to read tyre pressure Now I'm wondering if I should do the Penang drive with a patched tyre. This is my 3rd puncture in the last 2 months on diff rides
Let me know when u're back, I'll treat u to my fav chilli crab stall from Geylang Lor 20, ta-bao u an "F" size female with eggs & big gongs *STD-free* No joke, it's the best so far. Far superior to those famous stalls I've tried.
was meant to go, but all my kakis flake......how's the brakes?? going tomorrow finally. the GTR sufferes from weight penalty viz a viz the GT2...bits benchmarked against the 911 Turbo, not GT2....look out for the GTR Evo version, that one is lke the superlegera/scuderia/GT version
The brakes look great... damn big and aggressive. I hope to install them sometime this week. Its on display at Keith's booth at the show.
If you do a proper patch it shouldn't be a problem. I had it done on the Testa and it was ok for my Sin-KL drives. Ideally, change the tire.
Yes noted. I was confused which car it was benchmarked against... I knew it was one of the Porsches. Thanks
Ni Hao! ya I know how it feels...problem is if you change the tyre then you have a new tyre while the rest are partly worn. Very irritating. Look forward to the chili crab!
Managed to drive over to a tyre shop this morning. Luckily the factory supplied 750ml can worked & it expired in '05! I was thinking of jacking it up & bringing the wheel to the shop but none of my jacks could go under the car. Read that patching from inside is the best repair job but the shop's equipment can't remove my 335 tyre so they injected a mushroom type tube & fixed it; $15. Bloody rivet was 2" long but not as bad as the one that hit my porker, that was an almost 4" long brass tube from one of those giant lorries I'll send it down to Hurry tomorrow to remove & wash the internals from all those chemicals. Anyway it's time I should order new tyres. Just drop me a line when u're back & we'll have some good food & drink.
