    Just got back from the pool. Swam 1 km today. ;);)

    Those GIANT burgers are a thing of the past my friend. :p:p
    The old Pap is gone....................forever. :eek::eek:
    I am looking more like Lou Ferringo everyday. :D:D

    Although, I still want to do at least 10 cheese burgers at once. ;);)

    1km aint too bad for a 'big guy' if you ask me. I have improved from 300m 2 weeks ago. Friends that are half my size/weight have told me they cannot swim one lap. Today I did 20 laps in around 45 mins. Only getting faster and better. :):) And I am by far, no where near being a good swimmer. :p:p I am just getting used to breathing properly and still trying to improve my stroke. I have the worst technique going me thinks. Oh, I also cant kick properly........errr, I mean at all. I power along with my arms. Sux too, I have really strong legs but dont know how to use them in the pool. :cool::cool:
