All in good time... its going back to "Azzuro Ciello" Personally Im partial to the gold wheels. I note in the factory's march 1971 that the gold application for wheels and sills was "special for the SV model...." Joe www.joesackey.com
Might be correct (or is for sure) but on the white car it looks bad, since I know how the car looked with the silver wheels, the black sills were not good.
i know i am in minority, but i like it in white/gold and yes i like the gold accents on SV cars, gold is cool on old lamborghini from miuras to countach wheels (lamborghini "golden" era )
It looks like the proverbial Million Bucks... Looks just fine to me, but I've never liked the way the jotas look particularly. To me, appearance-wise, the Miura S is perfection. Of course, the SV with the eyelashes isn't bad either...
Hmmm....yes and no! The silver Jota I brokered to Japan was a stunner! IMO the best looking of all. Ciao! Walter
THAT is the best SVJ: 110-litre fuel tank, TAG Heuer Rally Clocks, special engine.... Joe www.joesackey.com
Never forget when I had the man from the Land of the Rising Sun on board for a high speed run on the German Autobahn with his video-camera ("Haaaaaaaaiiiiii---Haaaaaaaaiiiiiii!" he was shouting..........!)! Ciao! Walter
Take a good look.... thats Ol' Blue Eyes' Miura. The "Chairman of the Board" had it appointed with Wild Boar skin leather and shag-pile carpeting. This image by Corbis. Joe www.joesackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
