    Awesome look! I assume that's a custom shield, not just carbon wrapped over the stock shield? Do you have some type of metal on the inside? My off-season plan is to have the stock shield wrapped.

    No, its a brand new shield I carbon fiber. I have made molds, and produce the shields via RTM and an autoclave. The weight is 50% of the original part, but the look is 100% better..

    There is heat refelctor on the back side, like the stock unit.

    I not sure if "wrapping" the old shields would come out nice..Im afraid the surface isent smooth enough to creata a nice looking piece.

    arrh yes..I remember. When I know my job load for the winter we can see If we can get some 355 shields done too!

    Forgot to post it up, but a couple of weeks ago, I finally put up the Carbon shields that Lars made for me.

    Really nice and much better tha the stock item.

    Will post up pics of them later.
