A decade ago, I was dreaming of owning a Ferrari. A red one & it must have that tan interior. Went & test drove my first which was a Mondial @ ES, fell in love but couldn't quite handle the H pattern Gbox but the noise! Then went & poke my client who's a big time owner & he told me. Ferrari must be 2 seaters. They just don't look right when it seats more than two & they are meant to be racers, you don't race with extra passengers Now, I'm still thinking about a Mondial cos it fits my family & I don't race but the cabriolet one. Strangely, the price didn't move much but that red car that I test drove went on & became Clive's project. Now where is this British marine lawyer?
ok i was just doing some checks on the internet before getting back to you guys here.... there are no pictures...sorry but anyway they said its ferraris answer to the porsche 911 c2s and to be priced in that region so it wil be above the new gran tourismo but below the f430 and buddy i do agree ferraris has to be 2 seater the 4 seater also just looks ackward
so they are creating a baby ferrari "dino" type and another GT 4 seater ranked below the F430?? in SGD terms...they shoud be in the region of sgd0.5m??? anything below will eat into Maserati correct?
i think what they will do is put it on the high 500k+ mark to the low 600K mark that way its still different leaugues
Now that some of you have come out of hibernation and this thread is alive again, is anyone here going to the R8 launch-cum-dinner?
looking at the way the posts are coming in today i think once we are back on full throtle we can grow this thread by 5 to 6 pages a day again like last time
Aye, I am sure when kdk gets out of prison in dec he would have lots to add, unless he is still busy stewing that primary school teacher
but I tot the principal caught them once & ganna booted? LOL just kidding. So guess u guys went into lurking mode. I'm looking into 2+2 next year. Was looking @ 997C2S or Turbo but then the Maserati came into pic again with the real rear space & boot+lower price too. Now, if Ferrari has a decent looking 2+2 that I can afford. That would be interesting.
Given that prices of the F430 has gone up to about $800k plus... I wont be surprised if the new car comes in above $650k.
Yo...u know nowadays school teachers are damn chio? Looks like kdk knows where the good bets are haha. Get a 997C4s cabrio, was tailing one black one with the roof up forgotten how good a porsche can look..the profile of the cabrio in black with roof up so chio..reminds me of the speedster of yore.
Sorry I don't have fetish for teachers but nurse hmmmm Wait a min my current 911 fits that bill. It does look like a speedster @ certain angle especially with the delicious turbo arches & straight-up lamps.
