I agree whole-heartedly. I grew up a huge Hulk fan as a little kid. I always got the impression he was a good guy. When I quit watching he joined WCW, and became a "bad" guy.

Unfortunately it seems his wife seems to be able to get away with things, and the kids have found how to ride her coat-tails along the way. I haven't watched that much of this show, but his wife just seems a little shady.

Don’t know if this has been posted in here yet, but anyways

    -------------------------------------------------------------

CLEARWATER, Fla. (Nov. 21) - Wrestler Hulk Hogan's son is a dangerous driver and will have his driver's license suspended for one year, state officials said Tuesday.

Nick Bollea, 17, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges stemming from an August street racing crash that left a passenger in his car critically injured, Clearwater police said.

He turned himself in on charges of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

The Tampa Tribune reported a letter was sent to Bollea informing him Monday of the one-year suspension. He also received a letter telling him he has to pay a fine for driving 106 mph during the crash, if we wants to prevent his license from being suspended indefinitely. The amount of the fine was not known.

"We have the ability to suspend someone's license if we believe what they could be convicted of is a potential danger should this person remain on the road," said Ann Nucatola, a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles. "We've deemed him dangerous to the general public on the road."

A Hogan family spokesman, Adam Handelsman, has said previously that Bollea has no prior criminal record, and has challenged reports that he caused the crash by driving fast.

Clearwater police said the Aug. 26 crash happened when Bollea lost control of his 1998 Toyota Supra while street racing against a silver Dodge Viper driven by a friend.

Bollea's Supra struck a curb and spun across two lanes of traffic before slamming rear-end first into a palm tree. A report said Bollea was driving faster than 60 mph in a 40 mph zone.

Bollea's passenger, John Graziano, was not wearing a seat belt and was critically injured in the wreck. Bollea, who was wearing a seat belt, was not seriously injured.

Graziano, 22, has been deemed incapacitated, according to attorneys representing his father and mother, who are involved in a court dispute over who should care for him.

Besides the reckless driving charge, authorities cited Bollea for using a motor vehicle in commission of a felony, being a driver under 21 operating a vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of .02 percent or higher and having illegal window tinting.

Blood drawn about two hours after the crash showed that Bollea's blood-alcohol content was 0.055 percent. The blood-alcohol level at which Florida law presumes an adult driver to be impaired is .08 percent.

Graziano, a Dunedin High School graduate and U.S. Marine who served in Iraq, suffered a broken skull and has been comatose since the crash, according to medical professionals who examined him and submitted reports on his condition to court.

It was reported that taping for a fifth season of Hogan Knows Best halted this summer due to the controversial car accident and felony charges of Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, which left his passenger in coma. Months after the tragic incident, VH1 is still undecided on whether or not they want to carry on with the series.

"In light of current circumstances, the return of the series still remains undecided," VH1 spokeswoman Toni Herron wrote in an e-mail statement.

According to Robert Thompson, a professor of television and popular culture at Syracuse University, Nick's arrest would drastically change Hogan Knows Best. He believes that if the series were to continue, the light-hearted show that focuses on Hogan's family life and his attempts to manage and assist in his children's budding careers would have to shift to a different direction and “address the accident and its aftermath.”

"If you came back and ignored the crash it would seem really kind of heartless," Thompson said. "If you came back and dealt with it, that would really seem like this isn't the kind of Hogan Knows Best that I remember."

On the other hand, there are also those who consider Nick's accident as something that could possibly attract new viewers to the series.

But whether or not the series returns, the unfortunate incident has already tailed some downbeat effects on Nick. Aside from the possibility of cutting short his career as a reality television star, the accident may also hinder his career in motor sport.

Recently, a website devoted to his drift team already shut down and Polaroid, which sponsored his drift car earlier this year, decided not to renew its contract after the accident.

Lindia Hogan filed for divorce before leaving for Thanksgiving. Just reported on local news channel Fox13

Hulk was always such a great guy in Clearwater. Over the last 20 years I met him a few times at Clearwater beach, and watched his kids grow up. Its just sad that he stopped being a dad and tried to take a best-frend role with his boy, letting his 17 year old drive a Supra with a race motor. Really what was he thinking?

Getting rid of Linda can't hurt anything... after her video last week prasing street-racing. That lady acts like the 3rd spoiled teen in that family.

That video is damaging and will be played in court one day. It's too bad for all involved. The passenger must be in awful shape and is reported to be making progress. It has been a long time since the accident and his recovery is slow. Hulk probably loves his wife a lot more than she loves him. He can get anyone he wants once he is done with her.

His house in Clearwater is worth $15 million.... Florida laws are good about letting you keep your house....ask OJ ;) in bankrupcy. Be nice to hang-out and go fishing. Give up the TV lime light.

He did just make $8 million flipping his house in Miami...but then you got the wife asking for 1/2 in the divorce whoops! And all those "Top" lawyers to keep Nick out of jail, civil lawsuilt, divorice.... lots of court time :( I can't belive how fast you can go from being on top to being in deep ****.

But keep Nick away from yellow cars

I wonder what precipitated all of this?

Maybe things were on the decline for a while between Hulk and his wife? Or maybe it was a result of strained relations after the kid almost kills his friend and wads up his car.

Surely the kid knew what mom was up to if she filed for D just before leaving for Cali... interesting that he went with her.

Maybe Hulk laid down the law after this latest situation. Attention whore trash for a mom, loser criminal of a son, skanky daughter.... the man has a lot to be stressed about. And it doesn't seem like the kid is very remorseful (like, at all) over any of this. Maybe the hulk just had enough.

I feel bad for Terry. It seems like his biggest fault was trying to be too nice to his kids. And this is how he's repaid.

Yet MORE proof that spoiling your kids is a HUGE mistake. No matter how rich you are, giving a free ride to your kids is always a bad idea. Now Terry has a whole new set of problems. With a divorce and legal bills, he is going to come out of this a LOT poorer. Too bad for such a nice guy.

Looks to me like the whole family thinks they should profit from the success of Dad (Terry). In reality, they're a bunch of losers!

Terry worked hard to gain his success. I hope the 2 sluts and demented son won't take too much away from him......

The problem as I see it is Hulk tried too hard to be friends with his kids when in reality kids need a PARENT - Someone to give them rules, structure, and to tell them NO once in a while.

This accident never even should have happened, after all the speeding tickets Nick had in the past year or so, as a parent *I* would have taken his license away myself! He'd have been taking the bus to dinner that night instead of street racing.

Those 2 brats were spoiled rotten instead of having to work for some of what they have, not a good way to raise kids! Neither one of them appeared to go to school. Nick is 17, did he? Or is he homeschooled? A high school dropout? There don't appear to be any college plans for either one of them... What are those 2 going to do, live off of daddy's money for the rest of their life???

Its hard to plan a fight to protect Nick ( I think they should let him go to jail... for a little reality adjustment)...but Hulk family seems to be going for full court protection of their own... but if rummors are true and Hulk has spent the last 2 months hiding his money in off-shore bank accounts and special business Corps. and holding companies...to prepare for the fallout from Nicks car crash...and the huge law suits that will follow

Now Linda files for Divorce (Hulk said he heard from a reporter, he didn't even know)...do you think Linda knows she can blackmail him for a huge amount of money and he can't fight her...or she will tell Florida Court where Hulk hid his money? Seems like sneaky timing, if your Linda...she has maximum leverage over Hulk.... and she wants to enjoy her career as- cool mom who only knows one thing...shopping and spending hulk's money!

It would be hard to hide money and then go against partner who knows your tricks in a divorce?

OR COULD THE OPPOSITE BE TRUE?
Could this is all motivated to divide up and furthur protect the assests in the upcoming civil suit. The timing of this divorce right after Hulk changed his asset allocation in October makes me think that.

This could possibly make sense is that an attorney consoled both Hulk and Linda to seperate so that Hulk would take the primary hit and whatever assets Linda has would not be touched so once the judge rules against Hulk they still have some assets to live on comfortably.

There is a serious flaw here. In order for your post to be true, we would be expected to believe she actually had a career. ;)

NO,It's who owns it/ was driving it.

My friend's son got into an accident, and the other party is suing. He got the top lawyer in our area. When they sent notice to my friend, my friend called them and merely told them that he wasn't listed on the title and the son is 18+. Turns out the insurance made an error in insuring the vehicle because the father was nowhere on the ownership of the vehicle. He hasn't heard form the lawyers again (been months now).

I don't understand why SHE is divorcing HIM?

Does she think she can do better than Hulk?
Does she think someone out there wants her?

Now I would FULLY understand if Hulk wanted a divorce from her.
    The reasons are endless.
