Haven't read all posts on this thread, but I was pretty sure the guys did this in early hours... but at anything like that speed, reaction times are extremely short, and s**t can happen. So the video looked scary to me. Just a couple of instances of this kind of media exposure, and I can see our bureaucrats' minds starting to work. And we all thought 85mph SPEEDOMETERS were ridiculous..... 85mph speed limiters anyone??? Don't laugh too hard....

Well for one thing there are precious few tracks where you can attain that speed.

So go to Nevada and enter the Silver State race. Of course they will require full safety gear and I can't see someone hacking up a a car like that but you can probably sneak up that high
on empty roads there anyway. Still very, very dangerous even with empty roads.

The video clearly shows him flying past an innocent driver at 211 MPH. It's arrogance to the point of stupidity to upload evidence of yourself endangering innocent people onto the Internet. We'll see how cool he thinks he is when he is wearing pink underwear sitting in Sherrif Joe's tent city...and not having a driver license and being a convicted felon when he gets out. I don't like tattle tales either but I have to admit I am going to have to giggle when this guy gets pinched.

You "don't like tattle tales either but I have to admit I am going to have to giggle when this guy gets pinched". Sounds like you are a rat to me. Why would anyone want to see anyone else get locked up for anything?

Maybe I'm just different but when I watch police chases on tv I root for the suspect to get away. And why is it law enforcement only cracks on those going a little over the speed limit rather than those causing the real issue of going under the speed limit, which causes traffic jams, accidents, etc much more than a guy moving traffic along. I think it should be a felony to go under the speed limit by more than 15 miles per hour. That's much more of a danger to the public.

Here's the deal, to make a video of law breaking activity is just stupid...

    Vandalizing a parked car..
    Breaking traffic laws......
    Raping a little underaged kid........

It's all various facets of the same DUMB idea, IMO....

So let's here from some more apologists for this idiotic behavior...........

You clearly have no sense of social responsibility. When an idiot breaks the law it's one thing. When in the act of breaking the law he puts others at risk of death or injury that's something else entirely. When he videos his reckless behavior and posts it on the global access internet, then he's a moron who deserves to be arrested, arraigned, convicted and thrown into a cell for a long time. If you think what he did was cool then you are as idiotic as him.

He must have switched the plate from his Murcielago to his newer LP640. I talked with him at a couple shows, before his LP640 was delivered. The Chaos license plate was from his earlier Murcielago in the same color (IIRC).

They chose their career. Nobody made them become cops and they knew that was a risk from the day they enrolled at the academy. It's sad what has happened in regards to the kids, but it's just as sad when a roofer falls off a roof and his family loses him. These people chose their careers knowing the risks. Due to my horrible past experiences back in NY I have no respect for any cop that takes their job home with them, harasses people, acts like a tough guy only when they're holding their piece, tazer, or surrounded by 10 other armed boys in blue, etc. However, I do understand someone has to enforce 'most' laws to better society.

I'm proud to say never in my life have I called the boys in blue or even provided a witness statement to a minor accident against someone else. People don't always make it home to see their own families when they do things like that.

This all started because some idiot posted a guys license plate to get him caught and his nest brother posted how he laughs when people get pinched. Personally I don't think any law enforcement should even care about this "mickey mouse" incident when there are real problems like terrorism, illegal immigration, etc. Don't bother some guy living the "American Dream" and enjoying his wealth. I don't feel there was any crime committed and nobody got hurt. If you feel different than good for you and that's why America is great. But if this guy really offended you and you fell you must take action go to his office and confront him. "Talk business and settle your issues" Don't post plates and judge people on a forum with a monitor and keyboard hiding you. All it can do is potentially ruin this guy's life and business. I'm sure you rats never made a decision questionable to others in your lives, right???

Do you seriously think that the Authorities need FCHAT to find out who this person is? Posting this video, having a website which lists your real name, address and phone # didn't make it too hard. Posting this video was like Breaking into the Hunt and Fish Club on President Street with an UZI, making everyone drop their pants and hand over their cash.

Hummm... if you have seen all the footage on the internet you will see that "This Guy" Posted his own plate for all to see.. along with his face and top speeds achieved...If that is not an "Idiot" well... go figure

As for ruining this guys life... looks like he is to blame for this... I would say that the best thing that can come out of this is that this guy matures and learns that its not all that funny or cool.

Even the best guys FOCK UP... Watch this vid and you will see.. that in the beginning it may be all s#!ts and giggles... but no one is laughing and the footage is not as cool in the end.

I think everyone here has done something stupid in their lifetime. I'm sure we've ALL speeded sometime in our lives. YES IT WAS VERY VERY STUPID WHAT HE DID and to film it was even stupider. I just have a problem with the guy (stackhouse) who had to post (his ?) plate number. We don't know if the registered owner of the car or someone else actually drove. But by posting his plate on FChat you automatically convicted the owner in the readers eyes. I would say LETS LET THE AUTHORITIES HANDLE THIS.

I can tell you, this sure makes for great news because its all over the local TV and radio talk shows. It must be a slow news day or something.

As this person and some others are pointing out my IQ must be very low. In fact I must be retarded because I'm not in the league of driving $500,000 cars on highways yet. This prooves I'm an idiot. What's wrong with me? I'm still in the welfare league! Why do I suck so badly? If you knew me you would know my best car is not even worth half of the one being discussed for possibly driving a little quickly here in AZ. Sorry guys! No Forbes 400 for me, just my little collection of toys and my two small businesses that do not even get a Forbes mention. Wow, I really suck!!! Please help me become like you and be the smartest people in the World with high IQ's so I can go on forums and "knock people" for stating their opinions too. I want to do what you are doing so that when I'm 55 years old I can come here not to voice my opinion on threads like they're intended for, but rather go after a 25 year old (fellow self made exotic car enthusiast) expressing his opinions without fear of how others will react to his personal beliefs and opinions on subjests, even though he is a very hard working, honest, and OBVIOUSLY A STRAIGHT FORWARD PERSON.

I thought forums were for stating your opinions? So please help me! I want to be as smart as everyone one of you telling me my "opinions" are wrong just because I had the b#lls to express my true views on a "touchy" topic. And again because you are the smartest person in the World and know it all, please help me at least become the third smartest F-Chatter in the World.. Thanks!
