All F40 lovers, enthusiasts and owners ,

We are currently in production on the second season of a series called “History Rocks” scheduled to air on The History Channel this year.

If you are not familiar, the show focuses on the most important historical events in different eras throughout history. Each episode is musically driven with well-known artists, and our episodes cover everything from the 1960's to the 1980's both in the U.S. and internationally.

The reason for my post here is because we are trying to find photos and/or footage of the F40. If you have any Hi Resolution photos you can provide us with to incorporate into our show we would really appreciate it. Also, if you have any driving video footage of the please let me know!

Please feel free to contact me at [email protected]

Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing from you.

Good luck! Do you have any idea if this will reach the History Channel (SKYTV) here in New Zealand?

I wish you the best of luck with this project but I have a few request:

    1. DO NOT, DO NOT cover-up the driving sequence's with music or commentary, we want to hear the ENGINE MUSIC ! That is one of if not the biggest flaw's with automotive show's/documentary today.

    2. Make sure you offer DVD/VHS sale's of the documentary to us directly here on FerrariChat.com, VERY VERY important, atleast to me lol!

That's what I was going to say. There are too many videos that cover up the true music with other sounds.

Ditto on the sound. I think that is what makes Victory by Design such a great show, because there is no music, just engine sound. The F40 is a great car to do a documentary on as well, very important historically. Make sure to tell us when it will air.
