We've seen this colour combo (possibly the same car) already in this thread....but man is this colour combo to die for!
Joe can you bring a lit bit more light on this one since I have pictures of a periscopa in Switzerland showing a Lucerne registration with the same S-fenders. Found your car in google pictures: http://stat.ameba.jp/user_images/3d/19/10023702184.jpg Image Unavailable, Please Login
Well I hope you are not telling this to me, because there is not one picture of this Countach in this thread !!!
Hmm, I can 100% agree its a crap, but since I am not Countach expert, I can not see the difference on first sight. Here on the pic above I can only see wheels that are wrong. I like the Countach, but you don't need to get all fired up if someone makes post like this. BTW: I'll remove the picture later AND you could warn me over the PM, but never mind. Viele Grusse!
OK guys: Lets keep it real. No replicas here. Thanks for refraining, tempted as you may be... So here is a REAL Countach. Joe www.joesackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
Great trip to the factory with a rare LP400 RHD in cognac colour http://www.autocar.co.uk/blogs/greatestdrives/archive/1976/11/01/160mph-convoy-lamborghini-countach-urraco-and-silhouette-flat-out-across-europe.aspx
This was a fabulous story! A trip across Europe "flat out" from Santa Agata to London in 3 new Lamborghinis.
The color was "Oro Longchamps" and in those days they simply wrote them off. I have that set of images from the archives. Joe www.joesackey.com
Here they are... note 5th gear (Lord Have Mercy) Joe www.joesackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Why "Lord have Mercy"??? I drove mine almost everytime flat out! The LP 400 loves that.....! Ciao! Walter

Yes, Yellow looks great on it. Red and silver are also great colours for these sharp lines and shapes.
