i dont come from a "very well off" family so i have never had high end cars. (whenever i see a high end car i stop and stare in awe) i saved up for months to afford my E36 M3. i just cant see myself making 400K+ that i can spend on cars :( not ro mention i suck at this whole college thing haha

The F50 isn't really "more complicated", the Enzo is for sure. But I prefer a supercar without all those electronic nannies. It is not a sports sedan. I want to drive without something telling me what to do. The F40 and F50 allowed this....I love all of them, but the F40 is THE supercar if you ask me!

Because it makes for a horrid ride. I remember all the magazines saying it was very harsh and TOO much noise and vibration was transmitted inside. Some race car aspects are just not suited for the road.

Yeah I gotta say I'd totally take any F50 over any car ever produced.

No car moves me like the F50.

    Staggering in every way.

I have 7 brothers and my dad drove a ford pinto...

I nearly flunked out of college my first time through...

Took 3 years off (went sailing aroung the world with friends)...

    went back to college (engineering)...

    worked... got bored...

    went back to med school...

    Moral: Don't sell yourself short...

Assuming you fit into the car, and are presentable, the first goal shouldn't be too hard. Go too some local shows. As for the second,... that will be significantly harder!

    Hmm.

With the right attitude, diligent work, a short list of meaningful goals (written down on a piece of paper and carried with you at all times), you can accomplish almost anything you wish. At least thats what Ive told my son...

I can see that 410SA's reference to you "smoking crack again" was well-founded. Adding Bordeaux to the mix clearly has side-effects, accidental realistic appraisal of sports cars included. Absinthe would get you comitted. Keep it up.

Any time I take it out I try to offer up the passenger seat... if schedules mesh your odds are good...

Although I find both the F40 and F50 my absolute favorites, I would have to say I'd want an F40 more because of price, ease of owning (finding, etc), and it's still an awesome, awesome F-Car.

I'm surprized to read that many thought it was the making of a "SUPERCAR" for Supercar technology sake
and not the F40's link to Groupe B racing was the reason for the attraction.

    OTOH,
If an F40 is truly more desired, wouldn't supply/demand influence the price?
