At msrp, its definitely worth the extra cash...and I think even at the current market prices of 50k+ over, I can see why. The lightweight flywheel and single plate clutch make it such a free revving engine...I can definitely feel the difference because i had put 1700 miles on the GT3 in a couple of months, the RS feels quicker to pull and very "dialed in". Also, pictures do no do the car justice...in person all the extra details and slightly wider rear wheel base all comes together into a very purposeful package. I haven't got on it yet because I am keeping it to 4500 rpm for now.

As far as Lambo ? No concrete bias, I just feel that new cars that start at 400k and end up <200k are a bad play...Old Lambos were built like kit cars, and the ones that are restored are so well done, that they were never that good in the first place...That being said, a well bought 6.0 would be a great find (I like that car a lot).

    Dear Comrade RufMD,

Ah, I missed this in the image so recently placed on the 'Joe Sackey Section for 228GTO, F-40, F-50 etc.'

And yes, the new Porsche GT3 RS is quite satisfactory.

Have you perchance perused the EVO magazine of January 2008?

    With kind regards,

    512 Tea Are

Thank you so much for the reply!! :) I didn't know there was wheel base differences between the two cars. Totally agree with you on the Lamborghini part...

    Enjoy the car(s)!

Graham, you refer to the EVO car of the year issue...I'm aware of the results, although other peoples opinions of cars are just that. I wouldn't turn down a Scuderia that is for certain :) Thanks for the sentiments :)

slight correction on my part, I meant that the body is wider at the rear...I will have to check if the actual wheelbase is wider.

Would that be 68 USA models that have been produced so far, or is that of the total run?

Congrats, anyway. I like your stable.:) Thanks for sharing pics.

Good old Gilles always has great Monaco pics for us :) (See Monaco thread). I do believe he meant garage but not exactly one's private collection. I do believe that is the dealer Monaco Motors as per sticker on windsheild? ;)
