Ferrari part number look-up service?

    Looking for a website or whatever where one can identify a Ferrari part by simply typing in the factory part number.

    I know that Dennis McCann has this service at his parts website (http://www.allferrariparts.com ), but his service is limited to those parts that he holds in stock.

    I'm fishing for something more general - ideally, it will identify by part description / year / model / etc. ANY official factory part number.

    Anyone know of such a service / website?

    www.eurospares.co.uk is pretty good for this type of search as is Dan at www.ricambiamaerica.com.

    But I would usse Dan at Ricambi to buy the parts. Very helpful and super fast shipping and turnaround time.

    He can also send you diagrams of part manuals.

    For a long time, I have known our lookup service is less than adequate. David and I have been working furiously to launch a new system and you can see a picture below. When fully operational, there will be roll-over text, "quantity per" notations, zoom, etc. It is coming, and we're working as fast as we can.... but it is not live at the moment. Some cars are there, some are not. Give us about another 10 days, and it'll (hopefully) change the way you shop and research at Ricambi America.

    That looks like it'll be great Daniel!

    Right now if I'm looking for a part number I usually go to Ferrari UK. They have a pretty good system for looking for a part and finding the number with the interactive drawings. Once I get the part number though I always return to Ricambi to check out the prices and usually order!! :)

    It is coming along slowly but surely. Once we have the data organized the way we like, the possibilities are very exciting. David and I struggle to keep the priorities straight because our minds are racing a billion miles-an-hour with "we could do this....", "how about doing that....", "this would be soooo cool if we....".

    For now, its all about baby steps:

    What part number(s) do you want info on? Over the last 22 years of working a 8-5 (or more!) Ferrari job, I have accumulated a vast database, not to mention know the part numbers probably better than anyone. Part numbers from 275's through late models I am very familiar with.
