    What's with the latest fad of putting fender vents on almost any type of car or truck? They all look like they are "trying too hard" especially the GM crap.

    I bet in a few years this will be a turn-off for used car buyers.

    Well the real ones you see on that "GM crap" as you call it was started by Buick in the '50's. If you ask me they look better the the cheap looking ones I see on all the BMW crap.

    All the fake Pep Boys ones look horrid.

    Yeah it is but I have to admit, I really like the one with the "shark gill" vents.

    I think the Buick non-functional vents are dumb. Even worse when they are put on other cars. There's way too much of that going on in Killeen/Ft. Hood.
