http://mediaoutrage.com/2007/12/19/wendy-williams-calls-jamie-lynn-spears-a-hooker-with-no-condom/ Of course Wendy Williams had to make it all about race like most black people try to do Except for the racial tones I agree with what she ways...

States usually have a 2-3 year age gap before it is criminal. 16 and 18 are the ages in question. EDIT:http://www.moraloutrage.net/staticpages/index.php?page=California 261.5. (a) Unlawful sexual intercourse is an act of sexual intercourse accomplished with a person who is not the spouse of the perpetrator, if the person is a minor. For the purposes of this section, a "minor" is a person under the age of 18 years and an "adult" is a person who is at least 18 years of age. (b) Any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor who is not more than three years older or three years younger than the perpetrator, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (c) Any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor who is more than three years younger than the perpetrator is guilty of either a misdemeanor or a felony, and shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by imprisonment in the state prison. (d) Any person 21 years of age or older who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor who is under 16 years of age is guilty of either a misdemeanor or a felony, and shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or four years. (e) (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, an adult who engages in an act of sexual intercourse with a minor in violation of this section may be liable for civil penalties in the following amounts: (A) An adult who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor less than two years younger than the adult is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000). (B) An adult who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor at least two years younger than the adult is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000). (C) An adult who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor at least three years younger than the adult is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000). (D) An adult over the age of 21 years who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 16 years of age is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). (2) The district attorney may bring actions to recover civil penalties pursuant to this subdivision. From the amounts collected for each case, an amount equal to the costs of pursuing the action shall be deposited with the treasurer of the county in which the judgment was entered, and the remainder shall be deposited in the Underage Pregnancy Prevention Fund, which is hereby created in the State Treasury. Amounts deposited in the Underage Pregnancy Prevention Fund may be used only for the purpose of preventing underage pregnancy upon appropriation by the Legislature. (3) In addition to any punishment imposed under this section, the judge may assess a fine not to exceed seventy dollars ($70) against any person who violates this section with the proceeds of this fine to be used in accordance with Section 1463.23. The court shall, however, take into consideration the defendant's ability to pay, and no defendant shall be denied probation because of his or her inability to pay the fine permitted under this subdivision.
Hey ! We've been through this !! I lived in a mobile home for 25 years, and I turned out fine (?), besides, we didn't have 'girls' like that in our park.. wish we did.
http://perezhilton.com/?p=10850 When the National Enquirer reported on July 28th about Jamie Lynn Spears' pregnancy, lawyer's for the Nickelodeon star threatened legal action against the publication. Now, a source at the Enquirer has leaked us the letter Jamie Lynn's lawyers sent them at the time. It's priceless! It reads: Ms. Spears is a devout Christian with a spotless reputation, who lives in accordance with the highest moral and ethical standards in accordance with her faith. There is no rumor concerning Ms. Spears (non-existent) pregnancy, except perhaps for the baseless rumor just now being created by the National Enquirer. Ms. Spears is not pregnant. It is pathetic for the National Enquirer to attempt to create a wholly baseless rumor that Ms. Spears is pregnant, so it can run a malicious story and false story which would be emotionally devastating to a morally upright 16 year old girl. I just want to point out that I think she was on her way to looking better than Britney did (in her prime years of course).
The rain drops on the glass are making it look like that. The second pic looks better and its the same time. NOT justifying at all...lol Antony
I'm sorry, but who is this b*tch, and who said we wanted to hear her retarded opinion on the subject?
Clearly Nickelodeon needs to fire her. No question in my mind. None. This is a network for kids and her pregnancy - even if it were somehow scripted in - does not pencil for me and I think for a lot of people who are parents. The question now is whether the network will do the right thing and fire this trainwreck. I suppose we'll get to see whether they're driven by their moral compass or the almighty dollar. The thing I worry about is this next, upcoming generation who might not think something like this is such a big deal, especially if there's money and self-interest involved. RMX
I love the way Jamie Lynn mentions the father is her long time boyfriend. She's 16--at that age, a long time is, like, I don't know, like, wait..what were we totally talking about???
I don't know why....but this made me think- Jamie Lynn is worth $50 million as a squeaky clean, kids, TV show star...(with no other talent). All she had to do, is stay not pregnant (for a few years) and she has it made for life! Kind-a-like ... if NFL football players were chicks? And all the 1st round draft pick had to do was show-up not-pregnant to pick-up a $40 million check.... LOL I wonder what the drop-out rate would be in the NFL and NBA if women were the stars??? I don't think we'd ever see a game played LOL
I'm not sure if that works.... because they're not handing out the $40 million contracts in the WMBA. Jamie and NFL/NBA/MLB have that ever so rare - "set for Life" money category...(you know, that kind of Mike Vick money, that makes them do really stupid crap) Gals in the WNBA might take their job more serious, working for $70k
What I do not understand is why are they not wrapping the rascal when they are having sex. I was having plenty of fun when I was that age, but I was somewhat smart about what I was doing. Oh that is the key word.....smart. Just think how screwed up these Spears kids will be when their grandparents were relatively normal and supportive parents at the beginning.
