    What are you talking about?

I know the guys over at Exotic Ellussions who build these Countach replicas they said that car is sick fast. Its not Fiero based at all its based on a Tube chassis with a Porsche tranny.

As horrible as that looks its the best Fiero based F50 replica I have ever seen besides Rick Mitchells replica(Iam guessing this builder Pirated from his molds) its very complete.

Thats the problem with most good replicas they have the look and the power but the sound is something you can replicate.

No... the problem with most replicas is that they are replicas. They look crap AND they sound crap. Pantera, I think you have the dubious honor of being the only person here that thinks a Fiero based replica is a good thing.... after all (in case you hadn't noticed) this thread is called "crappy replicas" and is on a forum for exotic Italian machinery.

PS: I think you mean the sound is something you CANT replicate.

Whatever floats your boat works I guess its not like a fiero based replica isn't a bad thing either just because its a "replica" doesn't make it all out crap if someone puts the time, money and work into it like it or not crafty it can be just as badass in as an orginal even if it looks like Italian machinery and sounds like a muscle car.

A Countach that looks like it has space for an instructor pilot in the back is a crappy replica.

Those prova's look nice... wonder if they would actually fit a LP500S powertrain though :p
I guess thats the ONLY countach replica I could stand to look at... but still... putting the badges on is just ... blasphemy.

You probably could fit an orginal Lamborghini Powertrain in these replicas cause remember they are "Kits" and iam sure with a few modifcations you can drop a V-12 from a Lambo donor car but that brings up another question why would you do that? It would exceed the cost of the orginal by thousands to do that.

Just drop in a big old GM racing create engine and a Porsche tranny and you'll be good to go.

They would have found out the hard way and then there also would have been a lawsute for false advertising :D.

It was a good thing they put the photos of the real one in there.

Say if one had a LP500S power train, but no body to put it in... then you might be in for some fun. But no, I don't think that would be something someone would aim for unless they already had a spare Countach powertrain or two laying around. I know one guy at least that has that situation :)

And again... how is this a cheesy original design, not replicating a ferrari?

I can't believe how retarded those things look. I'm even more stunned that some Fchat people think they look good. I couldn't stop laughing at how terrible they look. There really is a car for every person I suppose.
