First, let me say "good job" to everyone on who was involved for making this happen! The kids looked really excited to see the cars, and even more excited to get the toys :) I had never been to Martin's and was impressed. If anyone is looking for hints on what to get me for Christmukkah, I'll have that red suit next to Martin's desk!

Here's a few pictures from today's adventure, I have a few more, but I'm running out of upload space. I guess I'll have to stop being cheap and subscribe.

...even better when the guy with the chair walked by his car. I think one of us needs to carry a dephibrilator for the occassional heart attack. :)

Now see when you have a cop car with stuffed toys coming up and pulling you over you gladly do. You just hope that by the time he is knocking with his MAG lite on your window you are done laughing.

    Serious though:
great effort on behalf of Pat of FHP Miami troup and his friends and volunteers. Great to see so many kids come and get toys, for some the only toys this holiday. Looking forward to helping the FHP out next year again for their efforts.

oh my god, what a day. I think I lost 5 lbs walking back and forth. I am glad I could be everyone's entertainment for the day : ) It was very nice to see the look of the kids faces when we drove in and mine once I got home : )

Fred kept coming over, so are you glad you brought your car - he he he - my response then ahh - NO,

But now - YES it was worth it and will do it again. Lessons learned: DON't let anyone walk with a chair as if they were sitting in it next to your car and dont stand so close and .... and .... and ....

Very nice event and Andy and Ron did a fantastic job - and thanks Martin for Lunch !!!

Andy did ALL the work for this event. Pat S. is a friend, so I just happen to be at the church in the morning. Nothing more.

I'll post some pics soon! Thanks again everyone for your help and support of this event. The chair incident was crazy. We'll work on a more secure area to park our cars for next year...and one with less basketball games going on!

I didn't get caught in the rain, but got just enough wet spray on the highweay to make a fine gray haze over the car. No worries for me though! The chair thing was really funny, it could have been pretty bad. No NBA regulation sized dings on anyone's ride, that's good! It was a good time, and thanks for the lunch Martin. I really like the shop setup you have!
    :)
