According to the vehicle check on the Autotrader website it was first registered on 25.09.95, has had 7 former keepers and last changed keepers on 12.09.07. You can check the info yourself at http://vpc.autotrader.co.uk/consumervpc/check-vrm.action
I don't have anything on that registration...not all that surprising as it is very hard trying to keep up with registration changes. I would need the chassis number (either the 6-digit serial number or the 17-character VIN). Jonathan
