    Cracked my Iphone last night while attempting to pick up my girlfriends purse from my car. Slipped from my pocket which was probably 2-3 feet off the curb. Phone works fine, just don't want broken pieces of class in my ear. Went into the apple store and its gonna cost them $250 to replace it. Decided to just put it up on ebay and wait for the next gen to come out.

    O man that sucks. would almost seem worth it to pay the 250. 500 phone and what its going to cost to get any other smart phone out of contract. Plus your signed up for the iphone plan with att?

    Yeah thought about doing that, but way too scared. I saw some cracked 4 gig models go for over $300 on ebay. So I hope to get about $250 then add $150 more dollars to that and get a 8 gig model. I'll save $50 and get more memory.

    that sucks man, my friend got a big scratch on his and paid the money to get a new one at mac, pretty cool when you connect it to itunes and everything gets restored exactly how you had it

    Sold my phone on ebay for $305 and bought a 8 gig last week. Some guy in Mexico bought it.

    When I was at Cavallino EVERYONE but me had an Iphone. A couple had broken screens, one guy had broken two of them. I really want one but I won't buy until they make it durable and "unlock" it.

    I've cracked mine too but being in Australia there's not much I can do about it. Its alright though, just a single crack and works just fine, posting from it now

    Yeah got a 8 gig before the 16's came out. Invested on a good case too, don't really want to make the same mistake again.
