There are guys that have modified them. There is a 355 lurking around Australia that has twin turbos on it. The thing makes loads of power.

I've been thinking about modding a 355 since I ever since I saw that Australian TT kit!

I don't think I could mod a perfect car, but I could definitely have some fun with a heavily used or salvage title 355 GTB. I would do the Australian twin turbo kit (or maybe a supercharger?), and I would create a custom body kit for it like the one I saw here a couple years ago. I'm sure that Ferrari enthusiasts wouldn't be happy, but it would be one heck of a trick car :D

Is that a 355 with a body kit that looks like a 348 or just a 348? Weird.

Its a 348... slats in the door vents, they would not add this as it would be a performance hindrance with out the stakes on the door it only limits air flow.
But besides that I don't think anyone in their right mind would turn a 355 into a 348 (just buy the cheaper 348)

anyway the whole "slammed" look is not my thing, but I love those wheels!!

Have you looked into Konig-Specials dose not seem to be cost effective but heck you never know

They make twin turbo kits for both the 348 and 355 as well as some other really nice performance parts

That body kit looks like ass. IMO I wouldn't do anything that you couldn't, somewhat easily, return to stock.

I think performance upgrades would rock! Who doesn't want more horsepower?

That would be the most extreme thing you could do to a Ferrari IMO. :):)

Twin turbo kit, add some HUGE wheels, SLAM the car on the ground and 'Bobs your Uncle'. :p:p

Yeah the body mods are not for me either but the twin turbo kit from Konig -- a 600hp 355 how can you say no to that!

I like the way it looks too. If I'm not mistaken it also has individual throttle bodies = more power.

AWESOME! That is one of the sweetest looking 355's I have ever seen. Big brakes, big wheels, lowered! It is not over the top and looks just right I reckon. :):)

If I ever own a 355, it would look exactly like that, with a CH grill too. ;);)

Nice to see big wheels with matching callipers nothing looks sillier than large wheels small rotors.
