Or rather, attended a lunch function celebrating Dato' Seri Jean Todt's success in F1. Close enuf.

The function was organised by the Ferrari Club of Malaysia. It was a fantastic sea of red. Camera was Nikon D40, bought the day before especially for this occasion. Stayed up until 4 a.m. reading the manual. The results were worth it though.

The car he arrived in, plate number 1 of course.

    More pics coming.

    Great pictures. Thanks for sharing.
Just curious, where are the 348 or older cars?
Is there a lack of good mechanic to keep them running?
    Happy New Year!

Thanks for the nice response guys.

First time using this camera, so not sure whether I made the most of it.

Ferraris here cost circa USD500k upwards.

No, not a single 348 was there, although rest assured, 348's are well-maintained by their passionate owners here. I was hoping to see some 348 there too, but no luck.

More pics as I load them up... Enjoy.

That Grigio F430 is made by Hamann of Germany. From the wing to the wheels. A car like that tho is missing sportier seats IMO.

    Ah Hamann, yess!

I kinda agree on the seats, but I guess they wanted to keep them in the style of the rest of the interior (red isn't my cup of tea).

While I like a good racing seat, I hate to deal with those racing belts in day to day use of a car. You have to compromise somewhere unless it is a track only car.

That F430 is super low. Does it only have the Hamann bodykit or is the engine also supercharged?
