    It's a vinyl covering for a clothing company. They also covered a RR Phantom with cammo.

    The targa is an obvious photoshop. You can see the blend line in water's edge. Not very professional...

    You bet it can be repainted, but anyone that would do that, won't, and will drive it around, causing eye polution to anyone within vision.
