    I just sold a house, had an issue with some old deeds from a ReFi 12 years ago. The para-legal has been attending this and has been hounding Wachovia over 2 old deeds.

    She sent me this e-mail today. Either she is making progress on my case or she is more than a para-legal in that office!

    I believe the "satisfaction" is that the loan was satisfied or "paid in full" But I'm not a lawyer or even a paralegal. Hell I don't even play one on TV. But that is my S.W.A.G. :)
