Will be in southern CA January 26 - Feb 2 and will have plenty of free time. Are there any F meets, gatherings or other F activities? Classical Auto museums to visit or any other suggestions?
Any comments are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes, the last Sunday of the month is definitely the biggest turnout. Cars start arrving before 6 a.m. and continue to come all morning. The lot is usually pretty cleared out between 10:30 - 11:00 a.m. :)

Whereabouts in SoCal will you be?
Like the others have suggested, the end of the month weekend is the biggest exotic car meets. Cars & Coffee and SuperCar Sunday. Hopefully it won't rain this weekend....

Will be this weekend in Santa Monica, then the second weekend in Beverly Hills. Also are there any interesting car museums to visit?
    Thanks for all the info.

Peterson is the closest to you, Nethercutt isn't too far away.

SuperCar Sunday is just over the hill from Santa Monica.

I think the weather just said something like 5" between Saturday night and Monday. The weekend is not looking promising. :(
