    Hi guys,

I am from Singapore and just collected my GT last week. Everything on the GT is of superb quality and i am enjoying every minutes and seconds of it.

There is a "defect" that i have observe on my GT since day one of collection,, infact, 10 units had reached our local agent and all has following "defect".. Both side "side skirt" was found to be wavy.... I did a photoshoot during the weekend and attached a pix to show what i am referring too.

I wonder do your guys has the similar "defect"? according to local agent, could be Material and fitment problem. They have written to factory and waiting for reply.

    cheers.

Did you have your car special ordered with the chrome trim deleted, ala QP GTS? It looks stunning!

I have seen half a dozen cars in darker colours and didn't notice the defect. No doubt white shows it up the most.

Not true, but Bianco Fuji is a pricey option - for a reason.. I think it is stunning in white, good choice!

Ok, so I'm a little biased (my baby the day I brought it home):

Now you mentioned it, I found that there is a slight ripple on one of two GranTurismos in my immediate proximity.

But its not even nearly as wavy as the one in your picture, though.

Not true at all! I see white modern Ferraris quite often.
In Japan it's one of the most desired colors for any car. There are tons of white Ferraris over there!

thanks for the imput guys! am stilling waiting for factory feed back. I realise that when the car is all warm up and the under carriage gets hot, the wave looks even more visible.

glad that not everyone has this issue or shld i say "i m the oni odd one with this issue".. lol.

I saw a brand new black GT on the stand at the Melbourne Motor show today with exactly the same problem as you have. Looked terrible; but I suspect it shows up worse on some colours than others.

My car has finally arrived. Sure enough, the sill panels have more waves in them than the pacific ocean.
