Awesome... I loved the show when I was younger...
But WHY a Mustang???!!! So many more people would be into it if it were closer to exotic.
    oh well...

with the hood lights, it is :p
The theme of the show is an old played out idea and needs an exotic to attract more attention, IMO.

My guess is they just shopped around different automobile brands and waited for the greatest offer, which in this case would have been Ford. I would love to see an exotic but I would not think they would pony up the bill as they would think they are not getting their moneys worth. With Ford there will be a ton of kids that want to make their stock Mustang look like that or want a Mustang because of the show; assuming it is successful of course.

Sadly. If money or corporate sponsership were no object, I still have no idea what vehicle should be used. I thought about it and can not come up with a good one.

I'm suprised GM or Dodge didnt jump on this with the all new Challenger & Camaro they have coming out, or maybe they were smart about it having a feeling that the show would be a flop and ruin the car's image........:)

Why a Mustang? Marketing and advertising, of course.

Should have at least been a Saleen Mustang, then it would look half decent.
