    OK video afficianados, what are your best guesses, 30% less than now? I love the 1080p picture (esp. Samsung and Sony) and I don't care if another technology comes along to "antiquate" the 1080p, it already is clearer than my eyes see in reality. I want one, but I can wait if they will be coming down a bunch soon. Thanks for the prognostications!!

    Prices in LCD/Plasmas have dropped 30-50% over the past year, depending on screen size and brand. I see this leveling out a little bit until a new technology comes around.

    If I had to guess, I would say ~ 15% drop in a year.

    I'm holding out on the LCD screens that can display 3D HD pictures. So far only select DLP can. :( There's even new development on 3D LCDs that can display the images without glasses! :)
