    I see that Az. is using photo radar for speed control . Are there any other states using this ?

    In Illinois they used it at construction sites(June 06+) but I don't know if it's still ongoing.

    Anyone have luck with the photo blocking spray on license plates ?
    I used to see this in car mags but dont see it anymore.

    Thats the one thing i hated about driving in AZ. Those damn police vans and the cam's at the intersections.

    What was worst was when the van was parked right at a turn that was 10mph.

    I believe you have to be 11mph over the speed limit to actually get a ticket. (In the phx metro area)
