Changing the exhaust on my 348SS. What's the old muffler worth? Would there even be any interest in it?

Absolutely not!! That F$#^! company is so ridiculous on their prices its sick, they charge more than double for ragged-out used parts than ANYONE on this planet! I once saw them list a used and DAMAGED part for more than Ricambi charges for the same part NEW!!!
I think maybe part of their rip-off pricing may be because they throw away thousands of dollars a month on ebay listings and never sell anything!!

    Hi,

The twin silencer exhaust from the earlier cars make between £80 - £100 and the single silencer from the Spider around £100 - £130 if they sell here?

So that one on ebay is way overpriced!!

    Regards,
    Phil.

Keep the original, put it back on when you come to sell the car and then sell your sports exhaust (which is what I assume you're fitting now).

Too many people freak out at "major aftermarket equipment", not realizing it adds value & performance to the sale and has no negative side effects.

While you're at it, its always good to clean it up well. It helps during resale! That is "IF" you sell...

There's always a market for 'em. Some used car dealers in So. Cal. will actually buy only used (original) parts to make their unit seem like a well kept original! Scary thought huh guys!
