Is the damage just the windshield?

NO. The metal windshield frame is all mangled. It would have to be straightened (almost impossible) and then as a result the whole model repainted, which ultimately make it not worth the effort. Don't you have a yellow UT 355GTS?

Then buy the cheapest 575Z you can find, and swap its wheels on your 575M. If this is not enough you can also get a cheap Superamerica and fix the brakes too. Then you can paint the 575Z one tone silver with crema interior and put the wheels from the Superamerica on it and it would match a car that exists in Italy. Then take the Superamerica and painted something fun and put some custom wheels on it. I would even hook you up with a Novitec rear wing for it for free, if you take on the project.
If this doesn't get your panties in a twist, I can give you some other ideas :D :D :D
