Right click pic, open in Paint, click Image, then Stretch/Skew, then choose say 30% for both horizontal and vertical fields and click OK.

You can experiment with your percentages till you find the best size.

Go to it and I'll look at your pics.

Perhaps the worst advice I've heard about resizing photography for the web. :p

No doubt - I got it from F-Chat! What the best way using only standard PC preloaded programs?

    +1 :)

Looks a lot better in darker colours, like gunmetal, black and that navy blue that looks like the Audi Mugello Blue.

I think 360C said it looks like a big fire truck in red. +1 that as well.

Those wheels look very Rolls-Royce Phantom-ish to me.

The Sport GT or Executive GT wheels look a lot better. :)

Between apartments at the moment so don't have time to give a thesis, but unless you're looking to do some adjustments to the photo (colour balance, contrast, watermarks) then you can do it all via the web nowadays - forget the crap tools windows gives you. The folks who want to do the other stuff, well they can figger it out!

For web stuff, just find a provider and upload your photos! They will usually give you a modified web-size version - photoshack, imagevenue, flickr, etc.

I gave step-by-step instructions in a video here for posting albums etc to AE, it's not 100% idiot-proof but once you've done it right a couple times it's easy. No changing your photos, just upload them and it will create thumbnails, "web-size" (about 700px) and hi-res (1600px) automatically. Not to mention if they are keyworded appropriately they'll appear here.

For those who need help with the tech side of photography - anything from shooting to post-processing and promoting, we have a thread about it here - ask questions and share tips amongst the rest of us hobby photographers.
