He just stood there and completely dismissed NARAS as a whole by basically claiming the Grammys as his own, talked for about 2 minutes and two musical cues before strutting off the stage without the escort. Then....later..... Vince Gill, after receiving his Grammy from Ringo Starr says, "I just had my GRAMMY handed to me by Beatle. HEY KANYE, YOU HAD THAT???" I cheered!

Did you see the MTV video awards? His video for touch the sky didnt win the best video award and he was not amused. He stormed onto the stage to explain that because he didnt win the awards have now lost all credibility. If you dont like him search for it on youtube, you will enjoy seeing him make an arse out of himself!

i'm kind of mad i missed the grammy's now, on second thought, no, not really, how was amy winehouse's performace? i saw kanye in concert one time, it wasn't that great.
Vince Gill slammed him pretty well. Anyone else watch? He received his Grammy from Ringo Starr and commented "Wow, I just got an award from a Beatle!", after which he looked at Kanye and said "Have you had THAT happen Kanye?" There was one moment that summed up why the Grammy as an award doesn't rank up there with the Oscar: "Ladies and Gentlemen...Please welcome 3-time Grammy winner..........FERGIE!"
And what was up with those white plastic sunglasses with the pink straps? Also, the battery-powered lights on the jacket were so unimpressive, and almost nerd-retro in being behind the times. Seems like something one would wear to a Star Trek convention. Maybe he's been watching too many Michael Jackson acceptance speeches. The look didn't help his image any, IMO. Haha...You didnt see them blinging out in the dark?! She's really not bad. I "bought" her CD and its pretty good. She has a unique voice, good for her to win all those grammys.
what a pompus A$$ first of all you are Kanye West.. not Paul McCartney or Stevie Wonder. you better get up there and say what you have to say, then get your ghetto a$$ off the stage. they should have kept the music going, only reason they stopped it was because he was crying about his mom. i, personally, would have turned it UP, maybe even changed the song to "i saw your mommy and your mommy's dead" by suicidal tendencies... remember that one? its a catchy number another thing, Pres.
