I dropped my car in last weekend to have a few things sorted that were bugging me, nothing to serious, Im just picky. I was loaned a Maserati Gransport for the week, in fly yellow. While my car has been away they have fitted a new soft top. I have had a few minor blemishes in the paint taken care of. New rear tyres fitted. The under tray had some damage prior to me buying the car, these panels have been replaced, and a new indicator repeater lens fitted as the old one was blemished. I have also had tints fitted. I am so excited to pick her up tomorrow; she will be like a new penny. Only a few things left on the list of things I want and she will be ready for the "355 online car show"
I wish I had my camera handy today. My 355 is getting her 3rd coat of Zaino and right beside me is a Gransport being detailed. Both are Rossa red. It's an amazing sight. Steve
Hi Eric, I was very surprised to be given this car to use. It is a 07 with the Cambiocorsa gearbox. It drives very well, it is comfortable and sporty at the same time, the seats are supportive although they are designed with a larger frame person in mind so do not fit me perfectly, the vision out of the car is good, not great. It is an easy car to live with, plenty of performance while being smooth and quiet. The gearbox is its biggest downfall, it is slow on clutch uptake, it is slow between gears even on down shift and it leaves plenty to be desired, switch to sport and its the same story, still too slow in every way, I would also imagine it would be hard on clutches as it rides the clutch all the time to allow smooth operation. All in all, it is a good car that with a manual gearbox would probably be a great car. But it is no Ferrari! PS: Forget fuel economy, its much worse than the 355.

Thanks guys! Just waiting on my new shields and mats to arrive and she will be exactly how i want her.
Thanks Robbie, i think you will find if you look closer the steering wheel is on the RIGHT side! Thank you Mike, i love her, and i love yours too, there is something i find interesting with your car, for some reason i real like the mods, might be that yours is how a 348 should have been.......
I switched fro Griots to Zaino Bros. about three years ago and just love the stuff. From the polish and detail spray to the tire juice it is just superior, easy on - easy off and long lasting stuff. One other product that is just awesome on interior vinyl, exterior rubber & plastic is Leatherique Prestine Clean. -Billy
