I've seen some 355s with the black stripe down the side and others without. (1/2 way down and along the side of the car) does anyone know what was standard on a '96 model? it's only tape, so it's quite possible that all year models had it, but some owners have removed them.
Goth is right, all 355s came with it. When my car got a respray, I just never put the black pinstripe back on and being as you can't see it anyway (my car is dark blue), I may never do it.
