My Dealings With Ferrari of Central NJ Today!

To all the Guys who are looking for a Ferrari of any kind i need to share with you my story of being put in the loop for new ferraris. First off I have to say dealing with Chris Miele is a fabulous person. I met with him today to talk about placing an order for the f430 replacement and the way he conducted himself was great, i have bought lambo's Mercedes Benz's Bentleys and bmw's and have delt with great people before but dealing with chris and the people and ferrari of NJ is great they make you feel like family. I used to deal with Ferrari of LI but they never took me serious and never treated me with the respect that i was due. Chris and the team i have to say care and talk to me. if i have a service issue boy do they take care of me. When we all buy cars besides the car, the experience of buying a car should be fun and chris has made it happen agin. i walked out of there with a contract in my hand for what ever the replacement is i feel like i have a piece of gold in my hands. Chris will be getting all my ferraris and what ever business i can give him. i was even thinking abut buying my wife a ferrari for her birthday from them today. To all the others who have delt with them i hope you share the same thoughts and if any one ever wanted to talk to me about the dealings with them you can always contact me. Now i am in the loop i cant wait until i get it. I can say more about him and ferrari of NJ but i dont think you all want to read it just go there and see for yourself.

Ferrari of Central New Jersey sets a spectacular example. Every Ferrari dealer I've ever worked with cold learn a thing or two from them. I've had great experiences in the past with WWoC, Ferrari of Beverly Hills, Ferrari of Orange County, and Ferrari of Las Vegas (a sister operation of Central New Jersey, by the way)... and while those experiences were great and they definitely took care of me, there's something really special about how Ferrari of Central New Jersey does business.

Sorry to hear that you got caught up in the Long Island shuffling. I personally never bought anything from them, but it wasn't from lack of trying. I hope now that they have new ownership and have changed all the dealer principals that they can turn things around. But they've got a LONG way to go with Ferrari of Central Jersey in their back yard!

I would only go to NJ. I have gotten nothing but BS at Ferrari of LI.

 

I also had a great experience at this dealer. Although I just stopped by to check out the dealership for any possible service I might need in the near future and was not there to "buy", everyone was really friendly and patient. Nice experince from my side.

 

One of the nicest dealers I have ever gone too. I am 26 years old and have gone there in my Jeep Wrangler. Can't own a Ferrari yet, but I pull in there an everyone is as nice as can be. Greeted, any questions I had were answered...Treated as I was ready to buy one...VERY nice people. The receptionist is HOT as hell and overall a great experience. I go to other dealers, selling regular cars..Total opposite of what I just described.

I haven't yet had the experience with FOCNJ personally, but I've been there many times with friends who have bought there, and met with the staff on numerous occasions, and Chris Miele and staff are a top class operation. You're treated well from the minute you arrive until you're taken care of. When I'm in the market only place that I'd go to, and it's not that convenient for me!!!!

 

Agree with everything that's been said (I was actually at the dealership yesterday as well doing some business). Chris and FoCNJ are like extended family to me. The whole FoCNJ experience is relaxing and fun and everyone that works there is a professional. Great dealership, great people.

I also have nothing but the best to say about FCNJ and the entire staff there. Professional organization and an especially welcoming one...that is saying a LOT for a Ferrari Dealer as most of us here know.

BTW...Jackie is the name of the lovely woman who greets all who enter FoCNJ.

Chris has sold us all three of our brand-new F430s (and we're about to buy our first Maserati from them as well), and I couldn't be happier with the service he & the FoCNJ team has provided us.

 

I was back at the FOCNJ today and we where just talking and they are now part of my family. There current line up of F430's thay have that are for sale are ll creampuffs but i think once it gets a little wormer out side these will be all gone. so who ever is thinking of buying one this spring/summer go and get them now. omg i think they have me selling for them now and i am free of charge LOL! This week i am going to FOLI to see what they have i bet i am going to get it from them. The longer i think about it i must say i was misstreated and disrespected buy the team there. Any way its not nice i keep basing them the truth is ferrari is special and a great product and it wont matter what i say or do they cant please us all. But what i am going to do is email all my exotic friends and make sure they buy from FOCNJ from now on.

I understand your complaints about the OLD Ferrari of Long Island. However, the NEW F of LI is under new ownership and NEW management; the change is very dramatic. You will most definitely be treated with respect. The sales manager, Peter Chiappone, can be credited with F of LI's new approach to both the business and to customer service. Give them a call. Every request is answered with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, ending with "My pleasure". I was literally speechless the first time that I heard that. They have weeded out many problematic personnel, and have a very capable, dynamite Sales and Service team. Kudos to Peter Chiappone.

 

Every one can be nice when you need to be and i am sure they are very nice to all now, and yes the new ownership will make sure they do everything in there power to build a good reputation. but the damage they have done to some of us maybe to late. Why would i go back there now after i got the royal treatment from FOCNJ. I do hope the new people who go there get the same respect that i get from FOCNJ. I dont wish them bad they will have there clients and FOCNJ will have its loyal customers . But the clients that are in the middle like me(brooklyn) are the ones that either dealer can benefit from. Buying a ferrari today is a process that needs to be understood from the beginning to the end. The way i look at buying a ferrari is like forming a partnership with them once you buy your first one then its an ongoing relationship. Ferrari did a great job making sure they get a premium for they cars. Some dealers think they are above the brand and start to act like they cant be touched my point is it does not hurt to be nice to every one with respect because you never know where it will take you. Of corse you have to be careful some people take advantage and abuse it thats the risk but i would bet that the damage control FOLI will have to do will eventually work out.
