Can I get some advise on the best car care products for the leather and exterior? Just got my first ferrari and don't want to mess it up or neglect it. Also I want shields (what and where are the best) I live in the Nashville Tennessee area so Ferrari of Atlanta is closest to me.

There are sooooo many different products and applications out there. It depends on how in depth you would like to get.

For deep cleaning leather, I like Leatherique. This product can really work wonders, however for just everyday cleaning you are best off with Lexol. For the dash and other interior parts I like Meguiar's Quick Interior Detailer.

For the exterior it depends on what you want. You can go really in depth, like trying to remove swirls and marring in the paint or you can just go with a simple wax job. I recommend that you should spend some time at autopia.org. That forum has some really good tips and tricks as well as product reviews for car detailing.

I really don't need to repair anything my car was in very good condition upon purchase. I just don't want to do anything stupid to mess it up like armour all the dash. Anyway thanks I'll check out that site.

If you don't want to mess it up, buy the magnetic shields because they are removable. A lot of Ferrari fans aren't keen on aftermarket stuff that can't be removed without damage to the car.

Shields? These are the thinnest on the market (1mm thick) and look very accurate to the originals.
