Looking for Nick Saridakis

While I can't give the exact details - because I don't have them - there is much speculation to Nick's whereabouts being somewhere overseas. In a "fled the country" sort of way.

Ironic to see this thread - I was just wondering about Nick the other day. His disappearance did seem sudden and abrupt. I only met him once, but a good friend of mine worked closely with him on buying a couple of cars. He was shocked when Nick left, but WWoC kept true to their word on his next car. I'll ask him if he's heard anything about Nick, but I suspect the answer is "no."

 

I bought two cars from Nick while he was at WWOC, He treated me fine and was fun to talk too. After 911 I called him just to see if he was all right-he was amazed that a customer would do that. I hope he is doing fine wherever he is. Malcolm

 

I've been recently in contact with Nick regarding a Ferrari, or at least a man who states he's Nick. Without going into details, he's in the midwest and seems to be well from my limited conversations with him.

The Complaint is a matter of public record. I make no comments on the allegations of the Complaint, their veracity, or the relationships between and among the defendants and plaintiff. I am only providing this as a service to the f-chat community, and only because it is something substantive, not speculative. The Complaint itself is too large to upload. By way of full disclosure, I have been (and am likely to remain) a lurker on F-chat over the years,

Lastly, I suggest to all of you who know Nick and/or WWOC to be careful about any information you provide in the event that the information on this website becomes part of the on-going litigation in a way adverse to their interests.

If I could read minds, or predict the future, I wouldn't be here posting. I'd likely be out driving my very own Ferrari. The date comes directly off the filed copy of the Complaint. Anyone with pair of eyes, and access to public records, could have performed this act. I take no credit.

Paul Porier (misspelled) also left WWoC quite abruptly. he sold me 2 BMWs and found him to be an awesome guy. Is he involved in the court issue?
