    You are right.

    Its because there is a horizontal strip of black-satin pain that is missing from the mouth of the intake for the radiators (Countach owners will know) causing the roofline to seem a bit tall...

    Heres an image that i've not seen in 20 years, when it was published in the P.S. back pages of Road and Track, Very happy to see it again after all this time, republished in this months Octane here in the UK. Joe do you have any other rare LP500 shots?

    Thanks Joe, Fantastic Giotto! never seen either of those before. There was a guy on here who once posted a rare shot of a poster from an early seventies magazine with a bikini clad woman laying on top of the Lp500 that was a great picture but sadly it was from pre the big crash.I cant remember who posted it, but if you're still here please post it again!! Anyone else got any?

    Edit: it was Miltonian who posted it, i remember now ......Calling Miltonian we need you! :)
