For about 3 years i own a beautiful Mondial T Cabriolet.
I love the car and now I would like to change my speakers in de doors. I think they are about as old as the car and when I put the stereo on I heardly can't hear anything, because the speakers are vibrating.
With an opcoming trip to Italie ( her home :):)), I'd like a better sound on the longer trips

Does anyone know how to remove the door upholstery-panels?
I think there are three panels but what is the correct way to do this?
Is is nessesary to remove all the pannels. I'm only needing the lowest one
Must i be careful with the window switches?
    Has anyone any suggestions?
    Please help!!

If it's anything like my Mondial QV, the door panel is indeed in 3 pieces:

    1. Top "black" portion that runs across the window
    2. Insert where your elbow would be
    3. Actual rest of the door panel

I believe, when I took my door panel apart, I removed the plastic triangle near the A-pillar as well.

    Hope that helps...
